Hello Everyone,
I am writing this after a long long time. Today’s writing is all about a new beginning, new phase or new journey of life in Lisbon, Portugal.
Yes, that’s correct. One month ago, I shifted from India to Lisbon with a strong mind that again I will prove myself with this big change. So I am going to share my one month experience with you. Though before coming here, I did a bit of my research. Especially what obstacles I am going to face here, what takes more time, how are the people & culture here.
I landed here on the 13th Feb 2024 and of course with the support of a friend, whether starting from visa application to getting the process here till date. I live in the centre of Lisbon where metros, all public offices and many things are nearby.

With time, I have realised that the local language Portuguese is the mandatory thing you need to learn and especially for survival. But still local Portuguese people are genuine, because many times I got help from them, though they don’t understand English.
Last one month I roam around here & there to be acquainted with the place, people, culture all by myself though my friend helps me with his suggestion. I love clicking pics of the places, wherever I go. So I am sharing some of my clicks & suggestions for others to roam around. On daily basis, I will share the pics and details about the location.
Praça Luís de Camões, Lisboa.

It’s one of the tourist places of Lisbon, where you will get lots of crowds. The nearest metro station is Rossio and from there you will find the market area, cafes, restaurants and many more things. Must ride the tram train.

On a daily basis, I will share more about this beautiful city & my experience here. Stay tune.
